Genzee Voice

First, you need to access your voicemail greetings from the voicemail application. To do this, follow these steps:

• Dial *97 from your VoIP Phone
• Enter your extension and pin number
• Select Option 0 (Voicemail Settings)

You will now be presented with a number of options and among them three different greetings you can record:

• Unavailable Greeting - This is the message normally played when a call is not answered
• Busy Greeting - This is the greeting normally played when your handset returns a Busy signal (usually if your VoIP phone is switched to Do-Not-Disturb or swtiched off)
• Temporary Greeting - If you have a temporary greeting recorded then this greeting will be played instead of your Unavailable or Busy greetings. Useful for out-of-office messages or when closed for holidays

After your have recorded your greeting, press the # key. You will then have an option to play, re-record or save your new greeting. Note that your new greeting will not become active until you have saved it.
